At Elure Maison, every artwork is thoughtfully handpainted and made to order by our artists. Because each piece is uniquely created for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Replacements Only – Crafted Just for You
Your satisfaction is important to us. In the rare case that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a complimentary replacement.

No Returns or Exchanges
Each piece is uniquely created for you by our artists. Because of this personalized approach, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any artwork.
Less than 1% of artworks have issues

Order Changes & Cancellations
As each piece enters production shortly after purchase, requests for changes or cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your artwork is in production, we are no longer able to modify or cancel the order.

Damaged Artwork?
If your artwork arrives with any damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the full artwork
- A close-up photo of the damaged area
- A photo of the packaging upon arrival
