1. What is the production timeline for my order?

All artworks are made-to-order. Each piece is carefully hand-painted and typically takes 1–3 weeks to complete before shipping.

2. Can I update or modify my order?

If your order is still in production, please contact us immediately at care@eluremaisonco.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once shipped, changes can no longer be made.

3. Is it possible to cancel my order?

Yes, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping & Delivery

4. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

5. How will my artwork be packaged and shipped?

All paintings are securely packaged in heavy-duty reinforced paper tubes to ensure maximum protection during transit. We ship exclusively with FedEx for reliable and secure delivery.

6. How long will delivery take?

Once your artwork is completed, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

Returns, Replacements & Damages

7. What is your return and exchange policy?

As all artworks are custom, made-to-order pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a free replacement.

8. How long does the refund process take?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

9. What if my artwork arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps immediately:

Inspect the package with the courier upon delivery.

Ask the courier to note "Item Damaged" on the waybill.

Please email the following to care@eluremaisonco.com:

• Your order number
• A photo of the entire artwork
• A photo of the specific area where the damage occurred
• A photo of the packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
