Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Since each artwork is specially created for you, cancellations after this time may incur a restocking fee. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please email us at care@eluremaisonco.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Reason for cancellation
Once your artwork has entered production, we are no longer able to modify or cancel the order.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your financial institution. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
Important Notice
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item according to our return policy once you receive it.
